DDAVIDD.com is kicking off a new relaunch in 2022!

I’m David, an amateur outdoor photographer, writer, blogger, content promoter, music collector, and self-published ebook author residing in Southeast Alabama. This website serves as your guide to all of my ebook projects, blogs I maintain, favorite links, information I share, and more.
Hi, my name is David Thrift (aka MUDWALKER). I am a outdoor photographer residing in Southeast Alabama. My primary focus with my photography is photographing the scenery around West Point Lake, and Lake Harding in Alabama and Georgia.
DDAVIDD.com was first officially established on the morning of Sunday, August 9th, 2020 @ 7:55 A.M. CST to promote my photography. It was titled “DAVID THRIFT” as my personal official website. This still is my personal official website, but with a new focus centered around my photography.
From the time I first launched this website, until Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, this website was rarely maintained due to working on other projects with other websites. On Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 @ 1:40 AM CST, I changed the name of this site to MUDWALKER under new branding to reflect on my MUDPIX OUTDOORS PHOTOGRAPHY brand. MUDWALKER refers to my often walking in mud to get to various locations around the lakes for shooting photos. MUDWALKER is also the name of my monthly newsletter which launched in April 2022 (first published on Thursday, March 31st, 2022).
With this new relaunch, I have cleared most of all my content off of this website to start over fresh with the new Blank Canvas template, and a layout I designed in the template for WordPress’s new block editor. I’m excited about the new layout as I will now have more space to fit content, and the website can now look great on most smart devices and most any size screen from big monitors down to smartphones.
During the first month after this relaunch, I will be doing a lot of site building in the blog to place some directory pages I want on this website for website links, and social media content. I will also be adding some lists along the way, and once all of these things are established, I will begin uploading my photography into galleries on the blog.
So welcome to the new DDAVIDD.com. Follow me on Twitter for more updates. – https://twitter.com/MrDThrift

Lists:
A large part of what makes DDAVIDD.com a great resource for information, are the lists I write and maintain. Check out the lists below that may interest you.
Podcast Spotlights (in planning coming soon):
Podcast Spotlights are a new thing I started doing in September 2020. I have to admit that I don’t listen to many podcasts myself personally. If I do listen to one, it’s usually the Armin Van Buuren’s ASOT (A State Of Trance) podcast. My Podcast Spotlights are a way for me to connect with more favorite Podcasts, while also highlighting some that you may enjoy. See the list below of the current Podcast Spotlights. UPDATE: Apparently I deleted the posts for this segment of my website. Perhaps I had a change of focus. Maybe I’ll bring the spotlights back at some point.
